    Soft Roll

    INGREDIENTS

    • Flour: 1000g
    • Water: 530ml
    • Fat: 100g
    • Sugar: 80g
    • Egg: 01 Non
    • Milk Powder: 20ml
    • Yeast: 15g
    • Salt: 15g

    METHOD

    Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients Mix all dry ingredients (Flour, Milk Powder, Yeast, Sugar) without salt.

    Step 2: Knead the Dough Add water (ICE WATER) and mix. Then add salt and mix. Add eggs and mix well. Finally, add fat and knead well.

    Step 3: Bulk Fermentation Keep for bulk fermentation for 20 minutes.

    Step 4: Shape the Rolls Cut the dough into portions and round them.

    Step 5: Second Fermentation Keep on the tray for the 2nd fermentation for 10 minutes.

    Step 6: Apply an egg wash to the tops of the rolls and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
